Every now again, you just have to have something decadent.  Here you can have just that with foods that love you back.

Obviously, the best desserts are simple fruits.  Still, I know every now and again, you find yourself wanting something a little different.  These recipes should help you satisfy that sweet tooth while investing in your health.

Now, you’ll see I’ve included a few recipes for pies & cakes.  This is not to say eating even these recipes regularly would be healthy.  They are more provided in the spirit of, “if you’re going to eat it anyway, you can at least enjoy this upgraded version.”

I use these recipes to prevent mutiny over holidays and birthdays.  Feel free to use them for those special occasions & once-in-a-whiles.
