There is nothing like steamy, fresh bread that just seems to make all things right in the world. Well, at least for the moment.
I’ve admittedly never been overly enthusiastic about baking desserts. Yet, there is something therapeutic about kneading fresh bread to a kitchen filled with music.
I know so many think it pointless when bread can be bought so cheap at the store. Aside from the fact that those breads often come loaded with additives, dough conditioners and preservatives,in terms of taste and texture, there’s no comparison.
Homemade breads have a way of altering the atmosphere at the table. I assure you, the first time you smell that perfect loaf baking in your oven, you’ll never look at bread the same again!
