This & That Fruit Flats

Breakfast, snacks, treats…  whatever.  It’s all the same with these.

Ingredients

Apples, Pears, and/or Bananas

Peanut Butter or Nut Butter of choice

Raisins, Craisins, chopped Dates, and/or any other choice dried fruits

Hemp Hearts, optional

Instructions

Slice apples and/or pears into 1/4” thick slices or to desired thickness.  I like to do this holding the fruit sideways, lessening the waste.  Alternatively, if you’re going to be running your blade perpendicular to the core, be sure to remove the core before slicing.

Slice bananas in half running from end to end.  Spread peanut butter or nut butter of choice.  Sprinkle with dried fruits and hemp hearts and enjoy!
