10 Walnuts, shelled and soaked

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

3 Tbsp Water

A small grating of Fresh Nutmeg or a dash of Ground Nutmeg

1-2 tsp Honey (optional)


Process all ingredients until well mixed and smooth, scraping down as needed.

Transfer to a small bowl.  Spread over fruit or use it as a dip.

*It is possible to make this without pre-soaking the walnuts.  You will need to add more water at the processing stage to make a smooth paste.  Doing it this way, it is ok for it to be a little thinner if you plan to eat it later as the nuts will soak up some of the moisture.
