This sauce is so easy and adds such a delicious, creamy touch to most any fruit or breakfast dish.


3/4 cup Cashews

2 tbsp Honey

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Water


Blend all ingredients until very smooth.  Pour over fresh fruit or breakfast tarts.

For best results, pre-soak cashews at least one hour prior to blending and omit or reduce water added at the time of blending.
