Snap, savor & crunch with this uber fresh and flavorful salad.

Makes about 8 cups.


6 cups finely shredded Purple & Green Cabbage (about ¼ head each)

¾ each Orange & Yellow Peppers, chopped

4 tbsp finely chopped Red Onion

3 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

3-4 tbsp Hemp Hearts

3 tbsp Cilantro Leaves, coarsely chopped

½ tsp Fine Sea Salt

Pinch of Stevia

Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper (optional)

1 Ripe Avocado, diced

Finely chopped Green Onions to top (optional but SO good!)

Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste


Prepare and place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Stir until well combined and avocado turns into that perfectly delicious creamy coating that covers it all.  Don’t worry about overworking it though.  I actually enjoyed happening upon the little chunks of avocado in my salad as they added an enjoyable texture and flavor variation.
