Happy Hummus Wraps

So easy, a 3 year old can do them!  Mix it.  Match it.  Make it your own.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce Leaves

Favorite Hummus

Sliced Black Olives

Sprouts

Sliced Sweet Pepper

Chopped Broccoli Florets

Artichoke Hearts

Whatever else floats your little boat

Instructions

Lay Romaine leaves flat on prep surface.

Schmear ’em good with hummus.

 *Sprinkle* on the goods.

Roll leaves over and cup large end up with hands to keep your filling from falling out.

 Snap, crackle, crunch… You’re done!
