Ingredients

4 cups Mixed Dried Beans, soaked overnight in filtered water then drained

2 large cans Organic Diced Tomatoes

4 cups Organic Vegetable Broth

4 cups Water

2 Yellow Onions, diced

2 Green Bell Peppers, diced

1 ½ – 2 tbsp Chili Powder

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Cumin

1 tbsp Oregano

1 tsp Sea Salt, or to taste

Chipotle Powder, to taste for heat and flavor

Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, as desired

Fresh Diced Avocado or Raw/Organic Cheese to top, optional

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a 7 quart crock pot (half this recipe if you don’t have one this large).

Cook on high approx. 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally, or cook on low overnight to enjoy for dinner the next day without having to do all your prep work in the morning.
