Yields approximately 1¾ cup.

Drizzle it up and rock it out with the powerhouse nacho cheese sauce alternative.


3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds (DO NOT SOAK!)

1 Orange or Red Pepper, coarsely chopped

1 Garlic Clove

2 tbsp + 1 tsp Lemon Juice

3 tbsp + 1/2 tsp Nutritional Yeast

2 tsp Onion Powder

3/4 Chili Powder

1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

1/8 tsp Cumin

1½ tsp Salt

Pinch of Stevia (Optional)

1/3 – 1/2 cup Water, or as needed to blend


Place all ingredients into your blender/mini-blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as necessary.
