This buttermilk substitute actually works well in lots of recipes that call for buttermilk.  I use this when I’m making my family homemade biscuits (cooked, but healthy) and any other recipe that calls for buttermilk.

Ingredients

1 cup Almond Milk

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

Stir together.  Set aside 5 minutes before using.
